Eunice Lin Nichols

Aspiranet Director of Encore & Intergenerational Programs

Eunice Lin Nichols has been with Aspiranet since 2000. She served as the Director of Experience Corps Bay Area for six years, overseeing the expansion of program from a neighborhood pilot into a Bay Area program. Recently, she has taken on a new state-wide role as Aspiranet Director of Encore & Intergenerational Programs, supervising and supporting the agency's portfolio of initiatives that expand the social contributions of older adults through volunteer opportunities and/or social-purpose work. Currently, this includes Experience Corps, Encore Afterschool, and Encore California. Eunice previously worked as a business consultant, specializing in international market expansion, consumer research, and brand strategy. She has conducted a brand assessment for the Children's Museum of Boston and developed more efficient business processes for New Day Community Center and Foster Home in China. She is an advisor on the America Learns National Mentoring Board and serves on the LiLA (Lifelong Learning Accounts) Advisory Committee. Eunice has been a frequent guest speaker at conferences held by the Independent Sector, American Society on Aging, National Council on Aging, and CityCares.
