Summer 2011 Computer Class Workshops

The workshops that will be offered this summer are as follows:
[Getting Started] New Computer User’s Workshop
This workshop will help adults with zero or very little computer experience get on the road to becoming intermediate computer users.
[Continuing] New Computer User’s Workshop
This is the follow up to the Getting Started workshop. Take your new found skills further doing more online and with programs in Windows and Mac.
Brainy Online Games!
Come share great free games with us...caretakers with child are welcome to register as a team. We’ll show you some fun stuff then you can play together!
Quick Free Webpage Workshop
Learn several tools for creating and publishing your own webpage in a supportive environment with an expert instructor.
Knitting With YouTube
Learn how to use a very new-school tool (YouTube) to develop an old school skill (knitting). Do so in supportive communal environment.
Community Open Lab (Mon-Thurs 12-1pm)
Need access to a computer and/or the internet? SNBC offers free access to the community during the open lab hours, so come on in!
