The issue of busing in San Francisco has a much deeper history and larger breadth than the San Francisco Unified School District itself. The issue has its roots in our beginnings as a slave nation; the magnitude of our subject presented a chance to teach our youth a great deal about our society. Secondly, we knew all of our participants, being middle school students, would be inspired to have an opportunity to explore digital media production and to hear their voices and creativity expressed in such a colorful way. Not to mention, the cash for participation that could only help most of our student's families. And finally, and most importantly, we also hoped to move the viewers to change their worlds
